The Enhanced Registration Framework (ERF) is a mandatory registration framework administered by The Skills and Workforce Development Agency (SWDA)under the provisions of the Private Education Act 2009. The ERF establishes the minimum operating standards that all Private Education Institutions (PEIs) in Singapore must meet in order to provide educational services.
Information relating to a PEI's registration status and SWDA-permitted courses is published on the SWDA website to enable prospective students to make informed decisions when selecting institutions and courses.
