Introduction
Advanced Diploma in Film, Television and Digital Media Production (Mandarin) delves into the modern processes of media production, covering the spectrum from idea conceptualization to media content creation, postproduction, and distribution. Students engage in both practical assignments and critical theory studies, acquiring hands-on experience and building a strong portfolio of skills. The program is structured in two main stages: the diploma (fundamentals), advanced diploma (intermediate), spanning various disciplines like cinematography, screenwriting, acting, directing, sound production, editing, producing, and television. Students who have completed a diploma in Film, Television, and Digital Media Production, or equivalent courses at the same level, will find themselves well-equipped to take on the challenges of this course. The course will be delivered in Mandarin.

All modules are evaluated through written assessments. The award is conferred upon students who fulfill the graduation criteria by successfully completing and passing all required modules as stipulated in the course structure.

Minimum Entry Requirement
Minimum Academic Requirement:
Diploma qualification in performance field, media filed or creative arts field or any closed related field from a recognized institution or, Any diploma or equivalent qualification will be assessed on case-by-case basis or equivalent.
Mature students are welcome (aged 30 and over with at least 8 years working experience in a relevant field.

Minimum Language Requirement:
GCE O Level B4 in Chinese language or equivalent.

Minimum age of 16 years.
